I have extensive experience both as an ESL writing instructor (at the University of Colorado) and as an accent modification specialist. My training as a speech-language pathologist combined with my training in ESL methodology provides the foundation for my success in accent modification. Additionally, I have extensive training in learning techniques for children who are learning English as a second language. I had a specialized focus in language disorders in the ESL population during my graduate studies in Communication Disorders/Speech Science.
