Education

Currently, I am a Junior Spanish major at the University of Kentucky. I studied in France for for six month in 2016 and have traveled to many other countries. I have taken basic to more advanced subjects in English, Spanish, and French. My education has surpassed the threshold of a class room and into the real world by way of my experiences while traveling. I have been to a total of 12 countries and spent at least one week in each. These experiences have taught my an exuberant amount of information that could not be attained in a classroom.

Experience

I would like to tutor students because the subjects that I know well are the ones that people usually need the most assistance. I received at 3 on the AP Music theory exam. I also received a 26 on the math portion of the ACT. I have been attending university for a total of 3 and a half years, including my dual credit experience. I have taken five semesters of Spanish and have finished all of my general education requirements. I have held numerous executive positions in clubs, organizations, teams, and committees.

Hobbies

I play the trumpet and am well versed in music and music theory. Traveling is my ultimate passion. Through my travels I have been able to learn about cultures, languages, and travel customs. I also work in the financial aid office at the University of Kentucky and have in the past worked for the FAFSA and Studentloans.gov.
